New Online Academy Students 10 Easy Steps to Online Registration!
Step # 1 - Print Registration Instructions
If you are a computer or internet novice, print this page for reference while registering.
Step # 2 - Gather Student Information
Have your student information at hand before proceeding to the registration webpage.
Student Information Needed
Name, address, and fax number of previous school
       (Fax number is very important in generating a notice of transfer to previous school)
Approximate Date of Last Attended School Day
E-Mail Address
County of Residence
Address & Home Phone Number
Student Social Security Number (optional)
Student E-Mail Address (optional)
Church Address, Phone, and Pastor's Name (optional)
Parent's Driver's License Number (for password security purposes)
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Credit Card
Step #3 - Choose Enrollment Plan
Go to our Enrollment: 2006-2007 webpage
Review the enrollment programs available (Plans A, B or C) and decide which plans best suits your needs.
Step # 4 - Acquire Online Member ID & Password
Go to Enrollment Forms webpage. Link will be located at the bottom of the Enrollment: 2006-2007 webpage.
Acquire an on-line password. To do this you will complete the information on the Enrollment Forms webpage and click the "submit" button. Next will pop up a webpage that reads "A password will be e-mailed to you promptly. Usually it arrives within a few minutes but sometimes the e-mail servers and/or networks are busy and it is delayed." When the e-mail arrives it will have directions on how to proceed.
Step # 5 - Receive FCA Email
You will receive an Email from FCA. It will contain your Member ID, Password and a link to the FCA Secure Web Site. You may change your password from our Service Center Page once you complete the enrollment. Keep your Member ID and Password in a secure place for future use. Next you will click on the link in the email.

Step # 6 - Log into FCA Secure Site
FCA Secure Web Site will pop up on your browser. Read the page carefully. Then fill in the Member ID and Password spaces with ones sent to you by email and click submit.

Step # 7 - Complete Enrollment Information
The FCA Enrollment information page should now appear on your computer. Fill in the information and click submit. If you have omitted any required information you will receive an error message. Go back and fill out the information and then proceed.

Step # 8 - Complete Payment Information
The FCA payment page will pop up. This page will let you know your tuition cost. Fill in the Credit Card Information and click submit.

Step # 9 - Receive FCA Student Number
The next page that pops up lets you know if your Credit Card has been accepted. You will also receive your child's FCA Number. Keep this number secure for future reference. You should receive an e-mail confirmation/invoice within 1 business day. It will also contain useful FCA web site links.
Step # 10 - Registration Complete!
