Parent Teacher Meetings

We believe that communication between parents and teachers is essential to the learning process. For this reason, parents are provided with a mail slot located just inside the front door of the school. Each mail slot is labeled with the student’s and parent’s names. Because some of the information placed in these slots is personal (and, often time-sensitive) students are not allowed to remove materials from these mail slots. FCA asks parents to check these slots regularly.

Parent-Teacher meetings occur on an as-needed basis but must be scheduled with the office. If a parent has a concern with any aspect of the school, we ask that the parent make immediate contact with the office and bring the concern to the awareness of the school. They will be given an appointment time to meet with the appropriate FCA staff member.
