Register
as soon as you decide to educate your child at home.
Many school districts
consider a student truant after 10 days of absences. |
| Transfer |
Transfer
your student from his or her current school to FCA. FCA
can do this for you; however, if you withdraw your student
yourself, do not tell the school that you will be homeschooling
your child. Tell the school that you are transferring
your child to a Christian school. (See “Homeschool
Law”). Ask the school for your child’s transcript
and bring it with you when you register. Be sure all books/materials
belonging to the school have been returned. We will immediately
send the school notice of your child’s transfer
to FCA. |

Online Diagnostic Test offered free only if you have registered
online. |

At your request, FCA will administer a Placement Test
to determine which grade level materials you should use
for your child(ren) in each subject area. Cost: $100.00
per child. We can also show you how to administer the
test yourself. Cost: $75.00. |
