Transcripts

Upon written request, transcripts are provided for students in grades 9-12.

FCA will provide the parent/guardian with two certified copies: one for college application and one for the parents. Complete the FCA Document request form on page 49. Additional copies may be requested at a cost of $10.00 per copy (form Q).
