10 Easy Steps to On-line Enrollment !

What you need to know before enrolling!

All support issues for web enrolled members will be handled by e-mail.  If at any point you can not communicate via web you must change over to paper enrollment and pay the additional fees.

Step # 1
If you are a novice with computers and the internet you may want to print this page to have for reference while enrolling.

Step # 2
Gather information.
Have your information at hand before you go to the enroll webpage.

        Things you will need:
        The name and address AND FAX NUMBER (very important as notice of transfer and records request is computer fax generated) of the last school attended (if any).
        Approximate date school last attended
        VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card
        Your E-Mail Address
        Your county of residence
        Your Home phone number
        Your address.
        Your Student's E-Mail Address (optional)
        Your Church address, telephone and pastor's name (optional)
        Parent's Driver's License #  (optional) , or test question/answer for future ID (Must include one or the other for ID purposes in order to reissue lost passwords)
        Your child's Social Security # (optional)  

Step # 3
Go to our Enrollment: 2006-2007 webpage
Review the enrollment programs available (Plans A, B or C) and decide which plans best suits your needs.

Step # 4
Go to Enrollment Forms webpage.  Link will be located at the bottom of the Enrollment: 2006-2007 webpage.
Acquire an on-line password. To do this you will complete the information on the  Enrollment Forms webpage and click the "submit" button. Next will pop up a webpage that reads "A password will be e-mailed to you promptly. Usually it arrives within a few minutes but sometimes the e-mail servers and/or networks are busy and it is delayed."  When the e-mail arrives it will have directions on how to proceed.

Step # 5
You will receive an Email from FCA.  It will contain your Member ID, Password and a link to the FCA  Secure Web Site.  You may change your password from our Service Center Page once you complete the enrollment. Keep your Member ID and  Password in a secure place for future use.  Next you will click on the link in the email.

Step # 6
FCA Secure Web Site will pop up on your browser.  Read the page carefully.  Then fill in the Member ID and  Password  spaces with ones sent to you by email and click submit.

Step # 7
The FCA Enrollment information page should now appear on your computer.  Fill in the information and click submit.  If you have omitted any required information you will receive an error message.  Go back and fill out the information and then proceed.

Step # 8
The FCA payment page will pop up.  This page will let you know your tuition cost. Fill in the Credit Card Information and click submit.

Step # 9
The next page that pops up lets you know if your Credit Card has been accepted.  You will also receive your child's FCA Number.  Keep this number secure for future reference.  You should receive an e-mail confirmation/invoice within 1 business day.  It will also contain useful FCA web site links.

Step # 10
Smile and pat yourself on the back for a job well done!
