Registration:
Registration is easy to do and takes only minutes to complete. Simply click on Enrollment from the top of your screen and follow our easy enrollment instructions.

After you complete your enrollment, you will be contacted by our Academy staff with information about our online Diagnostic Tests. When your student has completed the tests, our teachers will analyze and evaluate your students transcripts and test results for credit transfer and placement. We will then inform you of your student's placement.

Upon receipt of your tuition payment, the Family Christian Academy will provide you with curriculum chosen specifically for your student, and SCHOOL BEGINS!

Day to Day (On-Line Option):
Students look forward to doing their schoolwork on the computer. Switched-On Schoolhouse™ has many interactivities, movies, animations and audio clips that enhance the learning experience. With the instant grading feature, students and parents have immediate feedback regarding their progress.

When students are ready to submit their schoolwork to the Academy, they link up to our Internet site and transfer their work to our teachers. Simultaneously, any grading and/or comments made by our teachers are transferred back to your students.

Our teachers grade the paragraph answers, essays, and projects. Teachers can assign extra work or clear problems for the student to rework.

Due dates and Past Due notices will help keep you on schedule according to your customized lesson plan.

Communication between teacher and student happens on two levels: notes can be left in the general message box, or comments can be made directly on the problems themselves.

Day to Day (Traditional Mail Correspondence Option):
For those parents who prefer a traditional, mail correspondence, the Family Christian Academy also offers courses using the LIFEPAC and LANDMARK curriculum. Students will read and complete the textual materials contained within each worktext, and complete tests at the end of each LIFEPAC and LANDMARK unit. These unit tests will then be sent to the Academy by postal mail for grading.

Our instructors will review these tests and provide guidance based on these test results
