The following information provides a basic overview of tuition and registration fees for enrollment in the Family Christian Academy, using the award-winning Switched-On Schoolhouse Multimedia Curriculum. For pricing information using the LIFEPAC Gold or LANDMARK curriculum, click here!
 

Full Time Online Students:
Registration/Placement Fee:
(Registration fee is per student, and non-refundable.) 
$100.00 - Full-Time Students
$25 - Re-Enrollment (for returning students - no placement testing.)

Annual Tuition - Full Time Enrollment:
(Tuition includes 4 core subjects: math, language arts, history and science.) 
$900.00 - 3rd through 6th Grades
$1,000 - 7th through 8th Grades
$1,100 - 9th through 12th Grades

Discounts:
Families who enroll more than one student receive $50 off each additional student.
Families who enroll full-time students can receive $100 off tuition by pre-paying the entire tuition.

(This price is for students who are enrolled full time.)

Part Time Online Students / Independent Courses:

$25 - Part-Time (no placement testing)

(Part-Time students may register for up to 3 subjects.) 
3rd through 12th grade courses - $275 (Each)

Payment Plans:

Family Christian Academy offers a payment plan as follows:

  • Registration Fees billed at time of registration 
  • 1st payment - 34% of Total Tuition - Due after placement, before curriculum sent. 
  • 2nd payment - 33% of Total Tuition - Due in 45 days. 
  • 3rd payment - 33% of Total Tuition - Due in 90 days 
Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy:

Any request for cancellation must be made in writing. Course credit will be determined according to the number of units completed at time of withdrawal. Refunds will be pro-rated according to academic units completed. No refunds will be given without return of curriculum. If cancellation occurs within thirty days after enrollment, tuition will be refunded less $75.00. Registration fees are always non-refundable.

The Academy reserves the right to cancel a student's enrollment at any time for nonpayment of fees, unsatisfactory progress, inadequate recordkeeping, failure to submit tests or work on a regular basis, obvious student cheating, or as required. Once a student is dismissed, reinstatement is considered only upon application to, and approval by, the administration of Family Christian Academy. If reinstatement is allowed, tuition fees and records must be brought current, and a fee of $25.00 will be assessed.

Shipping Information:
Academy materials are shipped "Best Way," meaning the Shipping Department will determine the most economical ship mode. This will usually be regular UPS ground (Street Address required).  Upon special request, shipments may be made by UPS 2-Day Air, where applicable. An additional $25 charge is added to tuition for expedited domestic shipments as well as international shipments.
