Welcome:
We welcome our members to our new online office. We hope it will help answer the many questions you might have, and serve you in your home school education endeavor.

Here you will be able to find the necessary information in reference to enrollment forms, fees, graduation requirements, reports, achievement testing, and others, along with all the encouragement and support we can help our home schooling families with.

 FOR MEMBERS ONLY
(Enter Reports and Services)

Forms:
Here you will find several forms, including: Registration and Enrollment forms, Re-enrollment forms, Records Transfer Request forms, and a Driver's License Request form.

Graduation:
Included is a list of the our requirements for graduation, which meet, and in many cases, exceed the graduation requirements of the states our members reside in. If you have any questions in reference to your child's credits, feel free to contactus. Our commencement exercises for both seniors and kindergartners are held each year at the Opryland Hotel, in Nashville, TN, in June.

Testing:
The Stanford Achievement Tests are administered annually through Family Christian Academy in the spring. Students in the following grades are required to test when registering with FCA: 3, 6, 9, 10, 11, and 12. All other grades are at the parents' request.

Fees Schedules:
We have several enrollment programs for our members including:

Plan A: This is available to returning family members (and those families living outside the states of Tennessee and Florida, if they so choose).

Plan B: This is available to all our families, specifically to those who are first time home schoolers.

Plan C: Apprentice/Career Track Program

Plan D:Available to all families who wish to utilize our School On Line.

*Credit
At FCA we use a Carnage unit of measure for credit calculation.  In order for a child to earn one credit, they must do 180 days worth of 50 minute "hours."  [180 days X 50 minutes = 150 hours of work = 1 credit]  For this reason, students normally earn 6-8 credits for the entire year.
