Chapters focus on the qualities of virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, brotherly kindness, and charity - with a variety of projects in each chapter. While this is not necessarily a complete unit study program in and of itself, the projects are listed in order of increasing difficulty to help you choose ones appropriate to the age of your son(s), and they are labeled with the school subject to which it relates so homeschoolers can more easily incorporate the projects into their academic day. This is a large topical guide for parents listing Scripture on over 50 common areas of sin. Each category includes: fully quoted memory verses, what the Bible states will happen to a person who sins in a particular way, ideas for discipline, practical object lesson ideas, ideas for "rewards" or encouragement in overcoming a given sin, stories from the Bible to illustrate obedience and disobedience in that area, and more.
